Area A1 saw a lot of laughter with equal doses of learning on the 9th of November during the speech evaluation and humorous speech contest.
The Speech evaluation session chaired by TM Ranjeet Thapa witnessed scrupulous feedback given to the test speaker’s speech by contestants from three clubs. While TM Niladri Parial from Bodhi Toastmasters Club won the Speech Evaluation contest, TM Sadikchya Singh from Everest Toastmasters club and TM Dhan Raj Basnet from reliance Toastmasters Club put up a tough completion.
The second session of the contest was the Humorous speech contest, and all speakers took the audience on a roller coaster ride of laughter with their speeches. TM Prashant Pokhrel from Everest and TM Govinda Dhakal from Reliance made the audience burst into a ball of laughter, but it was Bodhi Toastmaster’s day and TM Dilip Rana swiped the contest away with his hilarious speech.
