Sushma Tamang is an educationist by profession with over 15 years of experience. She is a lecturer, teacher, and coordinator working currently with the Reliance Education network. She holds an MBA and MBS degrees and believes in hard work and determination.

She likes singing, dancing, and reading books when she is not working. She became a member at Reliance Toastmaster Club in 2016 and has been received the Competent Communication award. She is also the Associate Area Secretary at Area A1.
