Ajaya Regmi started his toastmasters’ journey from August 2014 at Kathmandu Toastmasters Club and is now serving the club as it’s Immediate Past President. During his journey as a Toastmaster, he sponsored and mentored NCC S and Reliance Toastmasters Club. He is the Division Public Relations Manager of Division A, District 41, Toastmasters International for the year 2019/20.

Ajaya is a John C Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker. He offers workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, motivational sessions, individual and group coaching, and adds to the personal and professional growth of his clients through study and practical application of different methods and tools.

Working with and for people is his passion which led him to join John Maxwell Team, USA and has started a company named Smart Hub, which is a Human Resource related company. He has conducted hundreds of training and has trained thousands of people during his 17 years of teaching and training career. As an entrepreneur, he is associated with Ace International Business School, Orbit International School, Skopes Investments and Equip Pvt. Ltd. Apart from his professional endeavors, Ajaya also leads an active social life. He is a member of the Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs Forum (NYEF), Rotary Club of Kathmandu North, Management Association Nepal (MAN) and InterNations.

Born in Parbat District, now residing in Balkhu, Kathmandu he is happily married to Rashmi Regmi and blessed with a daughter, Arshiya Regmi. He resides with his loving father Prof. Rudra Upadhyay Regmi. He is available at ajaya_regmi@hotmail.com.
