Sushma Shrestha is the 2019-20 Division A Public Relations Manager for District 41, Toastmasters International. She joined the Everest Toastmasters club in 2018.

By profession, she is a consultant, trainer, and facilitator. Her areas of focus are international fundraising, event management and communications, and is an internationally certified leadership trainer and facilitator. She is a Masters degree holder in Business Administration with over seven years of experience in the development sector and over five years experience in the travel and tourism industry.

Sushma is an organizer at heart and her passion to get things done, despite challenges, has enabled her to successfully manage various events and build projects. She has traveled to almost a dozen countries to attend conferences and big events including facilitating workshops. She has also traveled to the USA every year for the past five years to meet with, and build strategic relationships with major donors.

She joined JCI in 2009 and now serves as the 2020 President of the JCI Patan Lady Club.

Sushma is a strong believer in having a work-life balance, turning passion into a profession and enjoys being a Yoga and meditation practitioner.
