Moment of Truth (MoT) is a culture that determines the success of a club. It removes the cobwebs of flaws that surround the club, and helps it shine brighter. Moment of Truth enables clubs to develop and execute plans to improve the areas that are important.
Kathmandu Toastmasters Club conducted its Moment of Truth in the presence of Area Director Ankit Goenka on 1st July 2019. After the Moment of Truth we were able to determine what impacts a member’s perception and areas the club can improve upon which are the keys in becoming a successful club.
